European Fund Administration S.A. (EFA) was incorporated as a limited company in Luxembourg in October 1996.

EFA S.A. is regulated by the Luxembourg Regulatory Authority (CSSF) as a "Professional of the Financial Sector, Investment Firm" for the following functions:

  • Investment adviser
  • Broker in financial instruments
  • Commission agent
  • Registrar agent
  • Corporate domiciliation agent
  • Professional providing company formation and management services
  • Client communication agent
  • Financial sector administrative agent
  • Operator of primary computer systems in the financial sector
  • Primary IT systems operator of the financial sector
  • Secondary IT systems and communication networks operator of the financial sector

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the continuing commitment to behave responsibly by integrating social and environmental concerns into business operations.

To confirm its engagement, EFA was granted the EcoVadisTM Gold Recognition level, based on their CSR rating.

The EcoVadisTM methodology which covers environment, fair labour practices, ethics/fair business practices, and supply chain criteria, is built on international CSR standards including the Global Reporting Initiative, the United Nations Global Compact, and the ISO 26000.
